The Asian Journal of Medical Research & Health Sciences (A-JMRHS) is committed to promoting inclusive and equitable scholarly publishing. To support authors who may face financial constraints, the journal offers Article Processing Charge (APC) waivers or discounts under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Waiver

APC waivers may be considered for:

• Authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries

• Early-career researchers, students, or independent researchers

• Manuscripts of exceptional academic or societal value

• Special circumstances approved by the Editorial Board

Waiver Conditions

• Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission

• Waivers are granted solely on financial need and academic merit

• Granting a waiver does not influence the peer-review or editorial decision

• All manuscripts undergo the same rigorous peer-review process, regardless of waiver status

Authors requesting a waiver should:

• Clearly state the reason for the waiver request

Decision Authority

All waiver requests are reviewed by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board, and the decision is final.
