Copyright Policy
1. Copyright Ownership
- Authors retain copyright of their original work upon publication in A‑JMRHS.
- Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, translate, and archive the article in all formats and media (print, electronic, digital).
2. Open Access License
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-Share a Likr 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0):

3. Author Agreement
Upon acceptance, authors must complete a Copyright License Agreement confirming:
- Originality and exclusive rights to publish.
- No prior publication (including preprints require disclosure).
- Permission obtained for third-party materials (figures, data, substantial excerpts).
- Accuracy of all author affiliations and contributions.
4. Third-Party Materials
Authors are responsible for:
- Obtaining written permission for copyrighted materials (images, tables, >100 words of text).
- Citing sources appropriately in the manuscript.
- Covering any associated permission fees.
- Supplying permission statements to the editorial office.
5. Self-Archiving (Green OA)
Authors may deposit versions in repositories:

6. Reuse and Permissions
- Readers may request permission for commercial use, derivatives, or republication via RightsLink or editorial office.
- Authors may reuse their own work with proper citation to A‑JMRHS publication.
- Standard permissions processed within 2 weeks.
7. Article Sharing
Authors and readers may share articles via:
- Direct links (DOIs preserve citation accuracy).
- Social media with full citation.
- Email with PDF attachments (non-commercial use only).
8. Compliance
This policy complies with:
- Plan S and cOAlition S open access requirements.
- DOAJ licensing criteria for indexed journals.
- Major funder mandates (NIH, Wellcome Trust, Gates Foundation).
9. Infringement
Suspected copyright violations are investigated promptly. Confirmed cases result in:
- Article retraction.
- Notification to authors' institutions.
- Legal action if necessary.
